Toolbar for Android missing

Hey Guys,
i am happy to be part of this amazing community.
I have a problem hope to find the answer here, when I'm using android phone on web version and I want to reply or quote i dont see what i'm writing, its missing the toolbar, help please

Hello,

What browser are you using? Some mobile browsers (Firefox) has issues loading our sites for some reason. I have this problem on Firefox for mobile, but it's fine on Chrome.

If it's this way on all browsers then it means you have errors in your css and/or Javascript.

You are right! I'm using Firefox in Chrome browser is just fine, thank you a lot for your suggestion.
