Hello @dhangarman,
From the top bar which is in Greek I can only assume that, either your forum has Greek set up or your member did not change the language settings in his/her profile.

Re: Greek language in menus in English Forum
Hello,
Concerning the last image, that, you as an admin, have to change the usergroup in your Admin Panel to Moderators in English. Because you made the forum in Greece, the ranks of your forum where made by default in Greek. So for that, go to Admin Panel > Staff & Usergroups > Groups and change Συντονιστές to Moderators and Διαχειριστές to Administrators to avoid this with the Admin group also.
Now for the original images on your first post, did you change your settings in your Admin Panel for your forum? And also, did you change it from your profile also and you still see those in Greek?
Regards,
TC.

If the skin you used was Greek then your forum would have some settings in Greek.

Doing a Resync, will I lose any information (posts, picts etc) of the forum?
Re: Greek language in menus in English Forum
No it does not delete anything...it just resets the forum

Okay lets see what @The godfather will come up with when he gets back Monday morning.
As the head office is now closed for the weekend we will not get any news back from Him until then.

Hello again.
Those fields have to be changed also via the Admin Panel in the profiles settings. Go to Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Profiles and change all those that are in Greek.

Re: Greek language in menus in English Forum
The board language will only affect the default text of the forum. If you used another language in creating forums, profile fields, widgets, categories, etc. they will be in that language, not English. Also images will not be changed by the board language. You will have to create new images in the correct language.

I edit "by hand"? I mean I edit and type the words in English?
Re: Greek language in menus in English Forum
@dhangarman,
These fields are by default empty. When someone creates a forum, based on the language they create it on, the fields get the text on that specific language. Even if you change 100 languages on your forum those will stay in the first language which you created the forum with. Unless you change it your own via the Admin Panel, as instructed above. That's why these fields stayed in Greek after you changed your forum in English.
