Domain Issue

Hello,

I have been on a hiatus as an owner while the administrators have managed the forum greatly. Our premium package has ended, but I can't renew the domain because it says the domain has been renewed a few days ago through FM. When you type the domain, you will get redirected to the forum, but you do not see the domain name once you have clicked on enter. After that it will just show you .forumotion.com version? Can someone tell me what is going on?

You have to have the advanced or premium package to use a domain name.

Indeed, our package has ended, but it says that our domain has been renewed. What does that mean? I did not renew the domain myself. When I purchase a package now, would it automatically switch to the renewed domain?

Did you get this domain name through Forumotion or did you get it from a third party company such as Namecheap, GoDaddy, ect that you linked to your Forumotion forum?

If you have a domain name and NO package then your domain name will not work, Now if you renew to one of our packages then YES your domain name will become live again.

The domain name may have been gave to you for free
Please can i have your URL of your forum.... The one you had when making your forum from day one and the domain you are trying to use now.
