"This site can't be reached" error message

Hello,
I haven't been able to pull up my forum for about 2 weeks. I get a "This site can't be reached...www.christian-anxiety-forums-free.info's server IP address could not be found... DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Is my site still active? If not, why? I had over 100 subscribers.

It maybe you have not paid for one of our packages and or paid to renew your domain address.

I'm not understanding. I've had my forum site active for about 5 years. I signed up as a free forum domain and it has always been free. I never created a special domain name. The name is the original name that was created when I made a free account.

The free domain name has now ran out.

there is no guarantee you would get the offer every year for a free domain address every year.

Sadly looking at your forum now your Number of activity points is now 0 this means we would not offer you a free domain name again until you get your point's up again.

this can only be done if you have lots of members using your site and lots of posts made by your members.

@SLGray this address was a Free domain name gave to the member when they got the forum
www.christian-anxiety-forums-free.info
Now the free domain name has ran out there was no offer made for the forum to get the domain again as the point's was 0 again.

So the forum address was put back to the main forum address when the member made the forum.

If it was not a Free domain offer then it is down to our side making a change to the domain it's self

I cleared out the name from my browser and did a Google search for it. I found it! The name got changed somehow. It still exists and the name is basically the same so I am happy with it. For whatever reason, the name got changed from http://christian-anxiety.forums-free.info/ to https://christian-anxiety.forumotion.com/.

I was perplexed by your response on not purchasing a domain name. I signed up my site as a free forum and have never purchased a domain name. My forum has been free and active for about 9 years now. It was the original name that I signed up as when I opened the free account (until now). I see it's active, so all is well. Thanks!
