Recently, a specific forum is often unavailable - this https://journal.forum2x2.ru/. It is available and then disappears again. my other forums are normally accessible

forum2x2.ru is the main forumotion domain name for russian communities !

I can't reproduce your issue here.

After looking at the information provided, this seems to be more of a client side error than a server side error.

For example, if you are using a VPN or proxy or if your connection is bad or broken.

Do you use a VPN service? Special extensions on your web browser? If yes, is it possible to deactivate them in order to test if everything is working well?

Must be on your end , your forums seems to load quickly for me with no issues, i tried numerous time, on different times it still loads up quickly.

It is probably an issue with your ISP, as it seems to load fine for the rest of us.
