Old urls don't redirect to the new one.
Today our old forum page links (with "super-forum.net" in the URL) inexplicably stopped redirecting to the new (with "forumotion.com")
We never had a problem before. They have worked perfectly for many months.
What might be causing this and how can we fix it?
Thanks.

Hello,
It could be related to this: https://help.forumotion.com/t155249-only-topic-technical-maintenance-on-forumotion-domains . Note the list of domains hasn't been updated in awhile.

Thanks for the link. We haven't changed our URL recently, so I don't see a solution there.

THe extension super-forum.net is no longer used. Redirection will only work for a certain period of time before they will stop working.

Re: Old urls don't redirect to the new one.
Hello,
The super-forum.net domain is no longer in our possession. As a result, the redirects have therefore stopped.
We set up automatic redirects so that the members of the forums can know the new address. But these redirects are only functional until the domain is abandoned. You can send a newsletter to your members in order to inform them.
