Hello and welcome to the English support forum.
Please can you post a URL to your forum and can you also post your code here using the code tag's (By adding them using the button that looks like this )
I ask for the URL of your forum so we can run some basic tests to see if the problem is just you that is getting the problem and to confirm you are a forumotion forum.
The code we have asked for also helps us see what code is used and help us understand how the code is working.
Regards.
APE.

Thank you for your link I did ask for the code but i think i have found the problem but not 100% sure.
You have two of the same player installed on your forum
See screen shot:
Try and remove one of them and see if it plays.
I think the payer is crashing as it is not sure what one to play.
If that Don't work please give us the code used for the player so we can see how the code works.
Regards.

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
Hi,
I dont think Magic Streams demo is flash because it works on my phone which has no flash player at all.
Now how do you have it installed? Is it an Iframe?

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
I just checked your forum again on my pc. it seems the 1st player is having trouble finding the stream. Are you sure you have the stream configured properly?

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
Yes i do if you go to this site wich i am testing the flash player is plaing very fine go here and check it out https://temp-msspzlpssiznebiwzoeb.webador.com/ and also go to the official page of kanali1 here and you will hear the same music playing http://kanali1.com.gr/index.html ok I don't think i am doing anything wrong
Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
Have you tried the player that is on http://kanali1.com.gr/index.html since it seems to be working fine.
To be, it just seems that 1 player isnt working as it should, because the player fully loads and the buttons work.
EDIT: Try removing the code and putting it back in, cause I added the code that player isn't working to my test forum (in the announcements area) and it is working: https://testingduo.forumotion.com/
If that doesn't work, maybe try putting it in a different spot, cause maybe you have too many players in the same area and they are messing with each other or something

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
Okay I found the problem
When you post your code you have the following settings on your Editor
Now as you can see the last button is white
Now if you place your code in the box it gives the code like this
If you save it the player don't work Im not 100% sure why not but if you change the button the grey it will look like this
Now if you save this when it's grey it works just fine

Re: radio streaming Flash Player & HTML5
Hey,
I had no issues playing your radio directly from the direct source link (which is http://radio.streamings.gr:8023/stream); but it won't work at all on your forum.
So, I believe the problem is simpler; your radio source is still using the normal http protocol (HTTP) while your forum is using the secure one (HTTPS). You may want to switch your radio to HTTPS if possible.
