Problem with webmail services

When the problem appeared : when the sender cc to my gmail or personal email, it's always can be reached within few minutes. However, accepting through the webmail services always take much more time, and sometimes unreachable.

Description of problem

The webmail forward and mailbox services are slow, and always behind more than a few hours. Hence, I would like to change the mailing services to others in the same domain name, is there any way to do this?

Still facing one yesterday, but now seems like happen to deliver late more on redirect boxes. It took vaiours time to reach the redirected to different boxes, however, the webmail box now seems fine.
One of my helper still need me to forward it manually (atleast now the webmail email not receiving it late) and seems like always get the e-mail by redirect in late night.

Yeap, from now what I'm gathering, the webmail created using the custom domain name inbox now working fine, however the redirection to Hotmail or Gmail do having same problem.

Recently, there have still a serious delay happen, which the email is supposed to reach at 15th July 2:06 PM however the redirection to Hotmail ended up reaching in 16th July 2:27 AM.
