Solved Unable to post images

My member from the UK is having problems posting an image. It no longer shows up & it used to with no problem. He has cleared out his cookies, cleaned out his cache, & said he has the problem in another Forum also.
What should I have him do? TYIA for your help. Also, another member said it took her 3 times to sign in. Are you doing any type of Maintenance?

What exactly do you mean by posting an image?  Is the issue with the host an image button, the image tags not working, etc.?
