Help how clicking on a link does not reload the web page

I currently need a jquery when clicking on any link on the homepage that doesn't need to reload but still shows the content.

Your forum has a free Package and you have removed the Forum Host ad's you have 24hrs to remove any codes you have to hide our ad's or your forum can be banned.

You are breaking the TOS by removing our ad's with out paying for a package.
You have also removed the footer links on your forum This is also breaking our TOS (Removing copyright items is a breach to our service)

Yes it is one of our's I looked up the link in mods 7 thats how i know it's a free account also the cookies buttons come up as our's
