Sub-Forum Placement

Our sub-forums appear above as a block above the block of stickies and announcements.

Is there a way to move the block of sub-forums so the block is sandwiched between the block of stickies/announcements and the block of topics?

My forum is phpBB3.

I may have added this message in the wrong place, not sure. This isn't a problem, it's more of a request for javascript code.

I think it's normal for the sub-forums to display at the top of the page above the stickies/announcements, but in one of our forums I'd like the sub forums to display below the stickies and above the topics.

Go to Adminstration Panel > General > Messages and emails > Configuration in the option "Separate announcements and stickies from other topics" change to your preference.

but in one of our forums I'd like the sub forums to display below the stickies and above the topics.

If you have access to the founder account (u1) can you share the topics_list_box (Template in General), please!
