Poll Title Colour

I have looked high and low, including through my CSS to see how to change the colour of the title of a Poll. I can change the background but don't want to as I just need to change the colour of the title as it is faint compared to the background. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for your quick reply. I would imagine a dark blue or such, but if I can find the CSS location I can play around with the hex code.

I also changed the bottom border.

Quick question. Do I add this at the bottom of the CSS page or....

You can add it at the top or the bottom.. It does not matter

ACP - Display - Colors - Cascadding Syle Sheet (CSS) tab.

You would add this by going here: ACP (Admin Panel) --> Display --> Pictures and Colors --> Colors--> CSS Stylesheet

You can copy and paste it anywhere in the stylesheet, it should not matter. Just be sure to hit save after you add it.
