What extra spacing? If you are switching between modes in the editor, it will add extra spacing. It is also normal for lists, the code boxes, quotes, etc. to add a space at the bottom.

It is invisible, I just know that there is extra space but for my purpose
I used notepad to fix it and it worked for me.

When you switch editor mode you will see big gaps in the text you have typed you just remove the space.
