Forum owner absent, any way to take over adminship? Empty Forum owner absent, any way to take over adminship?

Hello! I'm wondering if there's any way to possibly take over as admin in this forum ( asmtosegagenesis.forumotion.com ) since the owner left without a trace in 2011 and has never logged back in since then. There are no other staff members since he was the only administrator of the forum.
