Solved I forgot my password

My forum is inactive for years and I just remember just now to try to open it again. But my problem is I can't remember my password. So I decided to click the forget password but when I request a new one. This message appears - The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security -

Is there a possibility I can retrieve my forum?
