Account Issue

Tried to sign in via gmail. Got a forumotion account and tried to sign in. It said that they sent an email to activate the account. Over a week later, have yet to receive that email.

Simply put, would like to be a member of the above forum.

You will need to contact the staff on that forum.

P.S.  That forum does not look like it is activate.  The recent posts are from 2011.

Been trying to. But the account has not yet been registered. Because no activation email has been sent. (And have checked the spam to see if it was there.)

So how do you contact the admin without an account?

The founder of the forum must have deactivated the contact link.   I am sorry, but there is not really anything we can do about this situation.   If you could found any information on the forum that lead to a social media account, you might be able to contact them that way.

Tried searching for any links to any other social media. But there don’t seem to be.

You mean a new account for the link that was shared?

For that forum.

Created a whole new gmail account. And then, tried registering with that account. It said, “ Your account has been created. However, this forum requires account activation by an administrator. An e-mail has been sent to them and you will be informed when your account has been activated.”

Ok.  That means that an administrator will have to login and approve the account.

Did this with the other gmail account. Have yet to hear from the administrator.

Like I said, the forum looks dead.   The recent post was form 2011.  That is almost 10 years ago.

So… it’s almost certain we won’t hear from the administrator?

I really can not tell you.  He/she might do it or not do it.  We have no control over what founders do with members.   We can only help founders with account issues.

Pretty much yes, if the forum is dead/closed , you are just wasting your time.
