Can't publish ad

For the first time I decided to test how ads work on Forumotion and I can edit the first ad that it was given to me. But, when I try to make new one, I click on the button "Send the ad" and nothing happens. I filled all the fields, added image, agreed to all and still nothing.



Am I missing something?

In this topic (https://help.forumotion.com/t161740-forum-and-posts-alignment) I told you that you have a faulty display of ads in the template. This is probably the reason why the adverts are not displayed

You need to edit the templates more carefully.

The best thing to do now is to keep the template you already have and go back to the standard template.

No, no. I reset completely that forum. Took all needed css stuff and moved on other. Here comes the issue:

No, no. I checked all and everything i can find there. And still the button doesn't run it.

Can you turn off your Templates change and then try again ?

if it don't work can you send me a test account and the URL of the forum by PM only so i can run a test

As I mentioned, all templates are not touched. I am not playing with them yet.

ok I have made a new add with no problems at all it says you need to activate the ad by mods as you will see it worked for me with no problem at all

I am trying again and again and it just doesn't work for me. And yes, I aproved your test one's. I don't have this: Ad title as you do.

Hmm that is really strange have you gave some other browser a go and see if that helps ?

No, I haven't. I am using phone atm. I tested on Google chrome (on PC). Will give it a try tomorrow on Edge.

okay yes give it a try on your PC when you get time it might be a problem with the settings for a mobile device.

What I meant is, i already tested it on pc today. When i said i am on phone, it means i cant test now.

Just tested on phone and it works. What causes problem on chrome?

So, it works on Edge (PC) and Chrome on the phone but it doesn't work on Chrome (PC). I deleted cookies as well, but nothing.

EDIT: How can I add the price on the right side? When I watch demo skins, there is price, but here I didn't find such option.

Are you using the classified ads section that is created when you create a forum?  If yes, you need to edit the setting for it in the AP.
