"Forum is locked"

Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with my new forum. I made it the other day and am having an issue with it.
At the very bottom of my page it says "Forum is Locked"

How do I unlock it?
I have looked around for days but could not figure it out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello

Those are the forum icons legend
Your forum isn't actually locked. ...,If you create a forum or category and set it to 'locked' that is the icon that will appear to that specific category
