Description of problem

Hello, I want to set up a forum hitskin. I enter com here, I do everything, when I click on the forum name, it gives an error like this, what should I do?

So, do I understand well, you don't see your forum at all, when you open the URL https://michaeljackson.yetkinforum.com/  the page does not load at all? You have this error as soon as you try to open https://michaeljackson.yetkinforum.com/?  You can not see the forum even as guest, right? 

Maybe you shoud contact your internet provider to be sure that our IP are not blocked by them.

Ok, so do I understand well, you don't see your forum at all, when you open the URL https://michaeljackson.yetkinforum.com/ the page does not load?  You obtain the error when you open the page, and can not see the forum even as a guest, right?

Maybe you should contact your Internet provider to be sure that they don't block our IP's.  You are based in Turkey, are you?

there is nothing they can do, they can access other sites without any problems, but when I click on the forum address, it gives an error, yes I live in turkey

This does not mean anything, other Forumotion sites can work with other Ip's. If one particular IP is blocked, you can have access problems. I don't know - it's just an idea. We can not reproduce your problem from other places, that is the problem...

how do i do this how do i add the forum to the whitelist

I'm not sure as i have never used them before as I'm in the UK. you should call them on the helpline.
