Unable To Post Maintenance

Just noticed at 1900 GMT that there is an unscheduled maintenance this evening
Keep getting maintenance is process 504 please try later, how long will it last

Good morning!

No problem accessing your forum right now.
If you still have a problem accessing the forum (504 error) - check your network status.
The 504 error also allows for network problems on the client side.

and maybe clear your browser cookies

i also see your forum just fine

try clearing you browser cache , it seems to load fine for everyone else.

Can I make this completely clear, the 504 error has absolutely nothing to do with viewing the forum as a guest.
It was members including myself getting timed out while uploading and posting pictures.
Also to add another issue is relating to registrations, 504 error appears while registration has not been completed.
However to add to this I have been informed that forumotion seems to have blocked btinternet.com and gmx.co.uk email addresses for some reason.

So the issue is not logging into the forum?  This issue is happening with members who have already logged into their accounts and guests who try to register?

Okay we had this problem before.

If your service provider has been banned then you will not see the forum at all.

I will ask you to try and use a VPN just to see if you still get this problem before i make my report.

I can confirm that email addresses using @btinternet.com and @gmx.co.uk comes up as an invalid email address when guests are registering.

As for uploading and posting pictures this seems to be ok for now.

can you please take a screenshot of the problem with the email address so i can report it

I can only get the @gmx.co.uk to show invalid email address, as for the @btinternet.com times out with 504 error



There is nothing wrong with my internet it's fairly quick at 05:45 this morning gmt.

Thank you @cassini I have made a report to our head office.

@cassini i got a reply back from our team.

They have asked our tech team to look at this matter. They know there is a problem and are working on this matter.

I will let you know as soon as i get more news.
