Member unable to post.

Description of problem

A new member get 'site cant be reached' message when attempting to post, however when I log in using their details I can post. He is keen to participate but I cannot advise him.

Tell your member to clear the browser cookies and retry
Did the member tried with all browsers ?
What device is he/she using

Thanks, will do, He is using an old PC. Will come back when he has tried.

So is the issue logging in or posting?  If it is posting, could you ask the member for a screenshot of the error message?
