Founder Password Problem

In the given guide https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password link next to founders tools in the second option cannot be accessed.

Guide direct one to communicate with one of the administrators listed in the post. However, this also requires posting a message on the forum. So I am posting this also indicating that the link is broken.

Thanks for quick reply. I have attempted to send a message to @SLGray. But, message seems to be in the outbox not in sent box yet. Should I send you a message or wait for existing message to become sent?
