Private messages from non-forum members
I have received two private messages from anonymous people advertising their services. How are people who are not forum members able to do this?

Hello @Freedom,
That is because you have the contact form activated. That way, when a user wants to get in contact with an Administrator they send a message using their email, and the administrators can get in touch with them via email.
If you want, you can deactivate the contact form by going to:
This way, nobody can contact you using that form.

Admin Panel > General > Messages and emails : Emails and contact > Contact form - Activate: No
This way, nobody can contact you using that form.

One way to know if a PM is from the contact form is looking at the title of the PM. It will have contact in the title.
