Cant log on its not accepting my password

Description of problem

Hi i hadnt been on my forum for a few weeks due to illness. Its not accepting my password and its saying that my forum is set up like this.The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security . I cant get into my forum and i cant change my password. Pls help. By the way Im also not sure if the email address for the group is Emails Removed as its been awhile since ive been on thru illness. Thank you
