user summary above the forum title

Hello. I have this idea. My authors have personal forums, and when entering the author’s forum I would like to immediately see the RESUME of this author.
I want the text of the FIRST post of a certain topic in the forum in which it is located (you can simply indicate the forum number in the title of this topic) so that the text of the first post of this topic is shown above the forum title (shown along the arrows). So the user will edit this post at any time,

In regards to your question, I also don't really understand it, but if I got what you mean... you want to have the first post of a selected topic, to be displayed as summary in the topics list of the author X subforum?

Example:
Subforum author A => you get the summary from the first post of topic X
Subforum author B => you get the summary from the first post of topic Y
Subforum author C => you get the summary from the first post of topic Z

In the title of the topic, indicate which particular subforum using some code, a number with a letter, for example

in some subforums there will be such topics, each for its own forum

Example:
Subforum author A => you get the summary from the first post of topic X
Subforum author B => you get the summary from the first post of topic Y
Subforum author C => you get the summary from the first post of topic Z
