Sending pm's

Hiya

We had a problem a while back where some people couldnt send pm's it sorted itself out but its left 1 moderator still not being able to pm.
Ive gone through all the settings on admin panel and nothings changed or wrong.

Any ideas?

Check to see if that moderator has the permission to use the pm system.

Ok, there is no REPLY option when she opens a PM, but, if she goes to a topic and finds 'Mr X' posts, under 'Mr X's' name (profile details) theres that little PM box there and she can use that.

So its just she cant reply to PM's the 'normal' way.

Even more clueless now, lol

It would be great if she could get a screenshot of the message how she sees it.

P.S. It could be her browser.
