I never received an activation link.

Good morning,

I have created a site (http://kaleidospace.forumotion.com/) and after I was finished, logged out. I know my founders password and I thought I knew my username. I have read the information at https://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password several times and I have also read other forums and messages about this problem. The one thing that I think is my problem, is that I never received an activation code at my email. I have logged in this morning, and still no activation link is there. Could you please send the activation email again, so that I can see if it fixes my problem. I would be most appreciative.

So you logged onto your forum this morning, but you can not log on now?

Yeah I did. But maybe it is the fact that I changed the username from admin. That could be the issue. I am just at a loss right now of what to do next.

And yes, changed Admin to Mysteri Smile

Did you change the password after created your forum?

No, the password stayed the same on the forum. Does it need to be changed?

Have you tried both usernames: Admin and Mysteri?

Yes I have. But I can try again.

And yeah no joy... and now I have exceeded the number of logon attempts. So have to wait 90 minutes before trying again. I did try different things this morning Sad
