Chat bots

Hello,
In some forums I saw chat bots.
Chat bots are posting random messages.
Example: Chat bot: Please read the forum news. , after 1min- Chat bot: Visit the guides forum, for info about forum.
And so on every 1 minute, if user is not online, it do that too.
Sorry, got no video or screenshot, and it was a long time ago, so forgot forum link.Yes, it was forumotion forum.
How to do that?

If it is on a forum hosted by Forumotion, then it is just a regular account with the name of chat bot. Forumotion does not have any kind of bots.

No, that user don't exist.
I know that is something with coding
And how he can be real user?
Why it write non-stop? If there is no user online, he keeps doing that and every minute.

Do you mean in the chatbox or just a bot that post on the forum?

It could be that they are using the Avacweb chatbox.

From what I know and what I am aware of, it's not possible in a Forumotion's chat-box, since you do not have access to the server or database of the chat-box. Sorry.
