Cannot Access Utilities

So I tried to access the utilities function for my forum to check backups and whatnot, but I can't seem to login. No matter what I do, it says: "The login and the password you specified are wrong."


I tried using both the creation email (the email on my administrator's account) and the forum address, as well as every possible password it could be (including the password I log into the forum/ACP with) but it still gives me that message. I've even tried changing the password to my account, though I'm not entirely sure if that even matters.

Have you changed your Admin account password lately? If so you must change the one for the Forum Utlilites separately as it does not do it automatically.

I have changed it recently. How do I change the Forum Utilities account password?

when asking for a new password you could ask them to do the tools for you then you can change them your self when your logged in
