I tried posting this in the credits forum, but it's been locked. Super helpful, forummotion.

We recently took up a donation for credits and everyone is replying saying their CC's have been put on hold for fraud. What's up???!

How are you letting members donate? I mean did you activate the donation system in the administration panel?

at the bottom of the page there is a "contribution" button that they are donating through.

their CC companies are contacting them. Why has the Skrill system been implemented in the first place?

I don't know what Skrill system is. It would be nice if we could use Master Card, American Express, Visa...

Hello,


I don't see the connection between the credit purchase and blocked credit cards! Unless the attempted purchase was fraudulent ...


Anyway, Forumotion does not handle financial transactions which are the responsibility of the payment service chosen by the user. If a credit card has been blocked, the owner should contact the support of the service that block the card to know the reason because we do not have those infos.


I just made a test payment via credit card by using different methods of donation page and everything is ok for me...
