Forum Importation (Urgent)

I want to import my existing forum to forumotion. I created a new forum here and saw the Import Form but while filling it, my browser refreshed and the form page was nowhere to be found again. Please, I need assistance with the link to the form page OR otherwise asap. @SLGray @Ape @Luffy

hi

Is the theme on hitskin ?
If no then you have to make the skin from scratch yourself..you have to manually add the information into your administration panel ex.css,templates
skins cannot be imported from any other forum host sites as we only use skins from Hitskin

I don't understand you; I was talking about Database Importation.

You don't get me a bit; read first post. I said, I don't seem to find the link to take me to the Import Form page. I lost it after I created the forum. I noticed it only comes out initially after you create a forum. While creating it, a refresh of the page made the Form escape site. Both links you proffered don't help any issue. Now, it is already created, how do I still proceed?

I didn't understand what form you are looking for? The only import form i know it's the one in the Panel.

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Hello @RichLord

Thank you for getting in touch with us today about your problem.

I can try and help here.
The problem we have is now the page has gone the system will not show it again.

But i think i can ask our head office to deal with this for you but as it's the weekend it may not get looked at right away.

Please can you PM me the forumotion URL and the forum address you want to take the data from then i will send this on to our head office and ask if it can still be done.

I may need more info after i ask the head office so keep an eye out for a PM or a post here.
