Wanting to Re-gain access to Old Forum - Forgot Password to Account.

Yeah so I had this website long ago, it was a role play forum.
And recently, well today I got a email saying I had gotten a private message on my account...But I don't remember the Password to it, and I tried resetting it, but it says the whole admin has disallowed admin reset, which I don't recall doing to the forum.
Just to be clear, I don't have access to this forum..I had to make a new account on it just to see pages.

My username on there is Senry
And I have the same email on there as I have on this account on this forum.

I really want to get access to the forum again because I want to see what the PM says and also to change a few things on it.

Am I able to get any help?
