All mainland users can't have authentication codes when they register

发布中文版本的论坛以后，在中国大陆，论坛注册时无法显示认证码（导致无法提交），中国QQ邮箱也无法申请注册，
After the publication of the Chinese version of the forum, in mainland China, the authentication code can not be displayed when the forum is registered (resulting in non-submission), and QQ mailbox in China can not apply for registration.
