Solved Switching domain over..

Hi,

I own a domain which is set to expire on January 13th, however; it's time for me to switch to an actual hosting provider.

I have plans to switch to Host Gator, so who should I speak with here to do so?
I want to make sure whoever transfers it over when it's time (7 days earlier) to make sure that they include my personal information so that I can receive their 1 year free renewal.

I would like the EPP key for my domain (http://www.clancaos.net) sent via PM also please.
