I want trasfer my name domain

I want to transfer my DOMAIN NAME ONLY, I have already spoken with the administrator sel support Italian and he told me that I contact you. in this case, the domain is transferable within 30 days prior its expiration. In the case where the offered domain name was renewed for free, the transfer can be done only within 30 days prior its expiration. If this renewal was fee, so the domain is transferable after the 90 days following its renewal and not before

First of all, you didn't need to come on the English Support Forum to request a transfer.

I've already tell to your Admin how to transfer your domain name.

Where did you provided all the info asked in the tutorial ?
