Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
No there is not a Vietnam Official Support Forum sorry.Akati wrote:@APE, is there a Vietnam Official Support Forum? If there isn't, what do they have to do for it to be added?(For Vietnam people)
Most of our pro Admin's work in the head office in France and as far as i know we do not have anyone in that office to offer the full support of a Vietnam Official Support Forum.
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Where is the Greek's Official Support Forum? Located in France?(Along with the other support forums?)

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Support forums need a Pro Admin who knows French and the language of the official support forum. This is one of the requirements for an official support forum. The Pro Admin is someone who exactly works in the company's office.

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Well not nessecarily a pro staff, but atleast a very trusted volunteer (someone who has been with fm for years), such as the greek support forum which I believe is headed by our one and only @Luffy and also I believe the portugese support forum and/or the italian support forum headed I believe by @Niko , I believe those support forums dont have a pro admin per say, but an admin who can get in communication with one.
Unless I am wrong?

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Hello,
As member of staff of the Greek community, we're as official as other support forums are ( Arabic, English, French, Italian, Spanish etc.). We do not have a Pro Admin who works in Nice, France, but we are in daily contact with the Pro Staff. @Luffy knows Greek and English, just like our second Administrator and I know Greek, English and French. So we can communicate easily and fast enough to provide the best support for our users!

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
So, I have a question. Only Admins from France can become Admins here? What about the other support forum admins?
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Nope, Sanket was once an administrator. As for the other support forums, I believe that administrators can be from anywhere. Luffy is an administrator in the Greek Support Forum and he's from Greece.Akati wrote:So, I have a question. Only Admins from France can become Admins here? What about the other support forum admins?
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Hello, as many mentioned i am not from France but from Greece. You can be from wherever you want as long as you are trusted by someone who is in the company. You need to gain their trust and work really hard in order to be trusted by the company and become an official support forum of the company. I made the Greek support when i was a staff member here and got all the permissions from Buttercup in order to create a forum that is under the authorities of the company.

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
@Luffy, do you Administrate the Greek Support Forum? Or when your busy does another admin take over?
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
@Akati yes i do. If i am busy i inform my staff and they know i am busy at that time. No one else takes over my role.Akati wrote:@Luffy, do you Administrate the Greek Support Forum? Or when your busy does another admin take over?

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
@Luffy, if you had a choice to become an Pro Admin here or a Manager, which would you choose? Also on which support forum are you active the most? English Support or Greece?
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
I wouldn't mind either one and i couldn't choose. I'd personally stay as i am at this phase but if and when this happens we shall see what i'll choose!Akati wrote:@Luffy, if you had a choice to become an Pro Admin here or a Manager, which would you choose? Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
If by pro admins you mean the admins on ForumGreek we are two at the moment. Me and a friend of mine that i trust fully. He helps and together we made the Greek Support like this! It can be as many as needed. At the moment we don't need more than two but we are looking for other staff as Support Mods Graphic Designers etc..

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
@Brandon_g, what would you do if you weren't a support moderator here?
Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
Propably a lot of them know how to speak English but instead of coming here and getting support in English, there's now the Greek Support where they can speak their language and understand fully what we mean!Akati wrote:Can some people at the Greek Support Forum speak English or just you?

I would do the same thing I have always done. I was a member for the longest time before I became staff. I believe you were even here when I was still a member .

I forgot, it was so long ago since I started the one I have now. Probably for fun though.

Re: Ask the staff (No support here)
So that we can review your forum and tell you what looks good and what doesn't. Also this is a good way to learn what others like and what you should focus on them and make your forums even better for the public and for whatever you want the forum you own have.Akati wrote:Why did Forumotion even want a review section?
