Chatbox keeps timingout?

Hello all, I have the chatbox enabled on my forum and my members find it annoying that the chatroom always times them out. I know there is a way to keep this from happening in the acp, I just can not find it. I have checked the chat box section and cannot find how to disable this.

Could someone point me to the place to do this? I apologize if their is a tutorial on this, I did check earlier but couldn't find one.

You can try this :

Create a new script,
Placement : In the homepage

setInterval(function(){ $.post('/chatbox/chatbox_actions.forum?archives','mode=send&sent='); }, 5000);

However, I am not sure if it will work with the changes that are currently being made to the chatbox.
