Error "You App ID is not valid" when setup Facebook connect

Hi, i setup facebook connect for my forum, but when i submit, it show error "You App ID is not valid".
My facebook App ID active and public.

Thank for help, i solved this error, so i add two Cname record from two domain point to one forum, delete one cname will solved this.
