I do not know how to fix this for future members, is there any way I can?

When you enter your admin panel, do you see this member into the "inactive list"?

I don't know, and I don't think it is a bug as he is the only one that don't manage to register. I made a test on various forums with different email account and perfectly managed to register and then connect...

So that message appear when he fills out the information and press the button when registering?  Ask him to tried creating an account on the support forum.

I checked everything and I can't seem to find any problem. I re-registered again as a test account and used Gmail and everything went through fine.

What username was he trying register with? If its too simple it could trigger the anti spammer/spambot system and not let him register.
