Hi, I have few question about this issue,First common problem, how to redirect forum url into custom domain name? I mean to auto redirect the url field from myforum.forumotion.com/*ifany into mydomain.com/*ifany
2. Lost my custom domain (again) this morning, My custom domain missing from Personalized Domain Name on Admin Panel. this is my second time. I don't know why but its same like https://help.forumotion.com/t142970-custom-domain-direct-to-forum-forumactif-com .
I just woke up and check this domain (again) and found out that i can't access custom domain, so i go admin panel and set it and work without an error (I got error tonight).
3. According to first issue, my Facebook login doesn't work on myforum.forumotion.com, its only work on mydomain.com, how to set those thing work on both? simple way is redirect it to custom domain. (image attached https://i.servimg.com/u/f18/15/24/37/04/untitl10.jpg)
Information;
Forumotion Address: jheb.forumotion.com
Custom Domain: forum.jeffarts.cf
Host: forum
Type: CNAME
Target: jheb.forumotion.com

Re: Domain Name Issue
Hello
Next time, thanks for opening one topic for one issue please!
2- I saw you bought a domain name to forumotion on 2012 (jhebkv.com) I think this domain name is still linked to your forum for some reasons. As it is not possible to have 2 domain names for one forum, our system automatically deletes your Cname.
I have sent a request to our technicians to solve the problem. I'll let you know when it is done
3- You should read our tutorial about facebook connect:
