Hi @omarpop23,

Have you enabled the mention system ?
Administration Panel > General > Messages > Config > Allow usernames tags : Yes

Find :
Allow usernames tags : ALL MEMBERS
Allow keywords tags : ALL MEMBERS
SAVE
