Password issue for admin profile.

I cant seem to remember my password at all. My username is Regent1770 and i have access to the email but it wont allow me to change the password

I have. I cant reset the password due to apperently i chose not to allow that before. lol so im fully locked out. the steps it tells me to do however i dont know the password in order to do it.

I had to make a new account in order to get this far. lol

IF your NOT the founder, he can go in and cycle off these long enough for you to use the lost Password generator

This item disallow the use of 'I forgot my password' for administrators and moderators.
It is advised to activate it (if you are sure to not forget your password...).
You can always modify your password in 'Profile'.

First you need to make sure the ability to reset passwords for admins and mods in the ACP/Administration Panel. To get there follow the instructions below!
Administration Panel/ACP>General Tab>Security>Security Administration>Where it says Disallow "Send by e-mail a new password" to administrators and moderators from YES to NO.

Thats the issue i am the founder and have used every password i would have used. but this was done about 3 years ago. Its saying password is incorrect. I have access to the email that i used for it and everything. but when i attempt to reset the password on the forums it says its not allowed. and when i attempt to access the Utlilties it says wrong password and no option to reset password there.

*Important: You will need another admin of your site to activate that for you if you yourself can no longer get in, i suggest if you have some contact them. Forgot to mention that.

Ah yes I see now your forum on the last step of signing up says Requires Administration Activation. Therefore again if you can't get in the only other person is your other Admin.
