Unable to change email

When I try to change my email and click the activation link I get this error:

"The activation key you supplied does not match any in the database."

You are trying to change your email address for your profile ? Via the admin panel ? Could you please provide the url of your forum and a screenshot of the error message.

I don't own the forum i'm just a member.

Have you tried contacting a site admin? They can change your email address via the admin panel .

You can also change your email address via the forum profile>Information>Email address

Contact a staff member on that forum and ask them to change your email address.

Looks like a bug I am getting the same problem when i try to change the Email address in my test forum (Profile only) @Buttercup Please can you test this out.
