Can Moderators award members Points Donation?

Hi there,

Yes, you should be able to via their profile after clicking on their usernames. You scroll over the profile field for the "points" and then click the edit icon  to put in the desired number you please.

I'm only able to modify the Comments section in the members profile. Any other suggestions?

Aren't you the founder? Cause if so, you should be able to edit everything. Unless... you didn't display the points on their profiles.

No. You can only change the points in the administration panel.

Please don't use bold or color and keep to the default text. This is reserved for the staff for moderation.

There is one option to this. If you want moderators to do be able to give points, you can disable the points system and set up a profile number area so that mods can edit it. There is one catch to this if you do this no points will be given for posting content. If you want to proceed follow the steps below.

*First, navigate to your admin panel and find the tab called modules, find Points and Reputation.
*Second, click Points System and under general options make sure you have "Activate points system" set to No. Click save.
*Third, find the tab at the top that is called Users & Groups locate and click "Profiles"
*Fourth, add a field. Set the Type to Number. Display: tick both Profiles and messages, Display type: text, Who can modify the profile field value?-Tick Moderators.
*Fifth, click save and now your moderators can give points manually.

Otherwise there is no other way to do what you are asking.

This is not how you edit points for users as an administrator. The field will not allow you to edit it. The only way for an administrator to edit a users points is by going to ACP (Admin panel)-->Miscellanous-->Points donation and searching the user(s) you wish to edit using the search users feature and then making the nessecary changes.
