Re: Forum redirect randomly
Cuz we're using a free forum service but i really don't like this ads ... You click anywhere, new ads tab appears when ya first come to forum. It's so annoying.
Re: Forum redirect randomly
Yes but if you report this as a popup ad or moving you from one page to some other site then this is the problem as our ad's should not remove you from your forum or open a new page for an ad.
so reporting this to the thread gave just now in my last post will help us find the ad's that are doing this and then we can talk to google and or other ad providers and tell them to remove them.
And if you don't like ad's on your FREE forum then you can always pay a small fee each year to remove them
When i say small FEE i mean really small.
All you need to do is go in your ACP and go to >> Misc >> Credits management Buy credits >>
Now when you have yout credits it only cost about 2000 credits
This is not alot of money for a year of ad Free forums

I had read this thread you are mentioning before. Still does not provide for an answer to the problem of people being redirected to other sites..
If the answer is: after paying for your domain name to FM, you MUST also pay for the add removal, just let me know and we'll do that.
This forum is running since 2008 and never had this problem before.
So if I understand correctly, there is no answer to this problem. Right? (Other than paying for no ads)

Re: Forum redirect randomly
The problem right now is a global one. Right now all you can do besides pay for ads removal is make a report in that thread and our head office will pass the information you provide onto our advertisers so they can work on resolving the issue.
This is an issue that is going to take a LITTLE time to get sorted out permanently, unfornatelly it will not go over night. If you want an immediate, effective and long term solution of your own to this problem and dont want to wait for it to be sorted, then you can pay for the ad removal if you want, this will stop the re directs for sure.

Now there is an answer I can understand. Straight to the point. No riddles, no go read this thread, etc.
Thanks for the info, this will for sure help quite a few forum admins from trying to figure out something that is actually not their problem.
Much appreciated for the info. Keep up the good work and good luck with that snag.

Had figured that one out also a long time ago. Thanks anyway for your answers but all is now settled as Brandon_g explained it clearly the way it should have been on my original post. You can lock this one.
