Hy,

Already it occurred several times that much time has passed while the user received the newsletter.But for a while it did not receive a newsletter for users! This is a big problem for me!

It can take up to 24 hours for our system to deliver your newsletter to all your users. This is especially true if your forum has alot of members.

Hello.

The problem can to be because of provider of service (hotmail for example) that include your emails in "list black" of the service. Why? If you use the newsletter of form abusive, the provider considered your email as spam, and listed the sender as "robot". The system of security locked your resource of newsletter, case this occur.

This means that the provider reports the sender! Crying or Very sad

I've never had a problem with this newsletter! Now in February ol only problem! No list of blacklisted!However, a big problem for me now!

Hm... Ok, but, you verify if yours members no marked the function in preferences in profile, to no receive newsletter? You can verify with your members if, the mails no is in "junk electronic" in list of spam-bots of provider of email?

Are you sure your member have chosed to recieve newsletter? If they have selected not to in their profile they will not recieve it.

Does the newsletter show up in the archives in the admin panel? Did you recieve any sort of error message when you sent it out?

Finally, did your members check their spam/junk folders to ensure the email didnt end up in there?

Does the newsletter show up in the archives in the admin panel? -> NO The last three four newsletters none of them appears in the archives!

deliberately doing a standard user account and still have not received the newsletter of them!So far, there was no such problem! In February, it's just been a problem!

When you sent these newsletters, you did not recieve any sort of error message when trying to send them?

ok i have just sent a news letter to my self on my forum and it was sent ok

Have you sent a test news letter before sending it and did you get the test news letter before you sent it for real ?

So far, in any case, the newsletter came in a few days. In February, however, it had a problem and had not received the newsletter!It says the system is that the letter has been sent successfully! But no one gets!

I got the same issue on my personal forum about 1 week ago. Try to resend it again, and let us know if it sends and members get it. A good way to check this is to make an alternate account on your forum and then see if the newsletter was sent to the email provided on that alternate account.

Do you mean that it is not appearing in the archives? It will not show if it was received or not. The archives just shows when it was sent.

@SLGray I thnk it could be something to do with our end as i sent a news letter out last night and it says it was sent and the test post got to me on but the one i sent out to all staff has not come in no ones Email's and its now been 24hrs and it should show in the sent / archives when the news letter has been sent by the servers but it's not showing at all.

This tells me that there must be something wrong our end. I have made a tech report but it's still pending.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience on this matter.

I have word back that the news letter system is not working right and there is a big backlog of news letters still stuck in our servers and for that reson the news letter system is running really slow right now.

All your news letters have been sent online but as it is running really slow right now and had 10000's of news letters still backed up it will take longer then we would have liked to get them out.

My advice right now is to hold out on sending news letters right now until we can get the older ones sent out.

Tech rundown.
We have 2 ways to fix this.

1, let all news letters find the way out to you all and hope the traffic slows down so the servers run a little faster.

2, We can clear the servers and remove all the backed up news letters and then start from fresh.

The advice gave to me is they will leave this and let the news letters come out when they are ready.
That also say that they will work on some other ways to make this faster but we don't have a date or even how this will work right now.

We thank you for your understanding and we are sorry it's running so slow.

you can not delete the archives but they will delete them self once every 6 months to make sure we save space on the servers.
