In progress Cloudflare and custom domain

Hi, I own the custom domain 16thir.com, and was wanting it to redirect to my forum: 16thinfantryregiment.forumotion.com

Also, I want it to be secure (SSL), so I decided to use cloudflare. In cloudflare, my settings look like this Cloudflare and custom domain DbC0d1q but nothing seems to redirect

When I attempt to go to www.16thir.com, it shows this Cloudflare and custom domain JKuXmPq

My SSL settings in cloudflare are on flexible.
