new users

new users are having trouble registering to my website. it says ADMIN is not letting new users register. but I got it where they can register

Check this:

Go to your ACP(Advance)  Users & Groups  Users  Users Options  New accounts activation: No activation  then save it.

also make sure that your forum isn't on Holiday or Under Construction

admin panel.. General ....forum....Configuration....Find Holiday and Under Construction

Click No on both

If your forum is new or not yet active (not a post daily) then our system will make an admin activate all new accounts regardless of what the admin panel setting is set to. Once your forum is active (posts every day or every other day), then our system will automatically switch to the setting you have set in the admin panel.

This is a security precaution to reduce spambot accounts on inactive forums.

you had put your forum on holiday because of that no user can log in or register ...!

Be careful, this option allows you to stop users registration and set virtually all authorisations to administrators level for all forums and categories. If you put it on YES, only administrators can post and reply...

I disabled this option for you and currently everything is back to normal
