Description of problem

Someone had forward my forum address to another website:

And is is forwarded to this address whenever my forum is brought up.

Yes - every time I bring up the login it is forwarded.

That is the page the index page on my forum is directed to as soon as my forum is shown on the computer window.

Once it goes to that page and you will for a minute it will redirect to their website.

Yes - I am the founder and been the founder for more then 5 years and I log in at least once a week when it is not being used and daily when it is being used. And sorry for the postings.

What was the date? The database shows it has been awhile since the founder account was used.

Check these areas:

AP > Modules > JavaScript/HTML > JavaScript Management
If it is on, turn it off.

AP > Display > Homepage > Generalities
See if there is anything in the homepage message? If yes, remove it.

AP > General > Message & Emails > Announcements
If there are some, turn off announcements.

Use the direct connect to the AP option.

The name of my forum had been changed in the Administration to: thegrail.forumotion.com
