Encode your entire forum in UTF-8

I see i have this option "Encode your entire forum in UTF-8" on my forum now, what does it do ? will i be better off with it ? how will it effect my forum ? my forum is www.suzukib-king.org

Hello,

All it does is change the backend coding of your forum to utf-8. You won't notice much a difference personally, it is simply a background thing done by our techs.

UTF-8 is a character encoding designed to encode all the characters of a web page in an international standard fully compatible with the Unicode standard. It avoids a lot of compatibility issues such as badly displayed characters, squares, question marks or strange characters instead of accents or special characters in your forum pages.
